  1. EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP

Posted by Rella Reid on 30th Apr 2013

This piece is truly a masterpiece. I know this will be my final resting place. I figured why not soar with the eagle up & over the mountains.

  2. BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MADE

Posted by Rachel from Massachusetts on 21st Jan 2013

I ordered this urn for my husband who loved eagles. This piece is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent! It is a wonderful resting place for Wayne.

  3. A note from UrnsNW.com

    Posted by UrnsNW.com on 13th Nov 2012

Two of the reviews below include comments about the delivery times.

This particular urn always ships via UPS, although some of our other products are shipped via FedEx or the USPS.

In regards to the reviewer whose urn was shipped to Canada: all delivery companies use estimates and, especially when shipping internationally, those estimates are subject to change. In this particular instance, however, the item was delivered on the estimated day but the customer was not at home, so delivery was attempted the next day and then was finally delivered the third day. If you, our potential customer, may not be home on the expected delivery date, please request that the shipment be sent no signature required.

In regards to the review immediately below this one, the urn was shipped overnight with a special Saturday delivery. UPS attempted to deliver the package twice on Saturday, but there was a mixup as the destination was a senior community but there were no unit or apartment numbers listed on the shipping address. If you are needing an urn delivered in a very narrow timeframe, please be sure to include any and every piece of information that may help a delivery driver to know exactly where and how to deliver the package.

We're always ready to help you get the urn you would like in the best method possible at the most affordable price!

  4. Beautiful and Meaningful Symbols

Posted by Karen Busch on 13th Nov 2012

The urn was absolutely beautifully carved, and the quality of the woods was excellent. Like the other reviewer, we had trouble with the delivery. The urn finally arrived 3 hours before the funeral, but UrnsNorthwest returned our expedited delivery fee. Perhaps you could be much more specific about the urgency and need for a prompt delivery? or--find another delivery company.

  5. Exceptional Work

Posted by Connie Boaz on 11th Nov 2011

I received my Soaring Eagle urn for my husband and I am more than pleased. This is truly a work of art and has given me so much inner peace knowing that Richards remains are resting so beautifully. You made sure I had it when I requested it and I can't be more happy. I recommend you to anyone who is the unfortunate position of needing to purchase an urn. You made everything much easier for me. Thank you so much

  6. A PIECE OF ART

Posted by GERRY RAYMOND on 21st Sep 2011

THE URN IS WELL CRAFTED AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH IT. QUITE UNIQUE AND VERY CLASSY.
THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE DELIVERY: IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED (ACTUALLY WAS PASSED DUE DATE) AND UNDERWENT A WEIRD PATH GOING FROM THE US TO CANADA, BACK TO THE US AND BACK TO CANADA.
