Samsara Biodegradable Water Scattering Urn. 100% water-soluble urn for your loved ones ashes. It has been specifically designed to be returned to the sea as a water burial urn. Once it is placed in the water it starts immediately to dissolve and the total process can range from a few minutes in warm water to less than 2 hours in very cold water. If you decide to bury the urn, the dissolution time will depend on the level of moisture in the ground.

The Samsara Biodegradable Urn comes with a textile bag to contain the ashes. These organic urns must be kept in their original packaging as long as posible. We recommend to open the protective plastic bag just before to be filled with the ashes. Once they are exposed to a damp environment, they could start their natural reintegration process. So, obviously, some of the original fatures could change too. Nevertheless the Samsara Urn can be displayed for years without any damage unless it is placed outside or in a very wet environment.

This organic urn is made from golden sand and salt bound with natural plant extracts. They are hand made using heat and pressure. Our urns are made using only mineral and vegetal ingredients.
