Each birdhouse scattering urn is hand made by a ceramic artist using a special glaze which results in a unique speckled and cracked finish with a lovely Sandy Granite coloring. The hand-turned wood base serves both as a stand when displayed and also as a scoop or bowl for use when more than one person participates in the scattering. A sturdy ceramic birdhouse which will last and look beautiful for years in all weather. Included is a forged black steel hanger which can be side mounted to a post or wall, or hung vertically from a tree. As each birdhouse urn is hand made, there may be minor variations in texture and color.
