The urn was beautiful. Received many compliments on it and wanted to know where we found it. Customer service was awesome as well, called to make sure they could get it to us in time.

I ordered this for my father with custom engraving. Excellent communication after the order was placed to verify it appeared as specified. It shipped quickly with care and brought tears to my eyes when I saw it. The online photos don't do the product justice as it's elegant in different lighting.
