Biodegradable Oceane Burial Urn

The Oceane Burial Urns are crafted from sand and gelatin, utilizing sustainable materials to offer a beautiful and eco-friendly option for families. Each urn is hand-painted by skilled artisans, with some designs featuring real beach sand or crushed quartz on the outer surface. These urns have holes in the bottom to allow water to enter quickly, so they float only briefly before gracefully sinking when placed in water.

Each urn includes a biodegradable bag for the cremated remains, and no glue is needed to seal it. Simply remove the lid, gently moisten the inner lip, and replace the lid; it will seal itself. The urns are made with vegetable-based gelatin.

They are shipped in a box with custom protective packaging, offering families a convenient and discreet way to transport them. The box and urn can pass through airport security and fit in the overhead compartment of most commercial planes.

When buried, the urn will biodegrade within three months. When placed in water, it will break down within four hours.

Usage

• Place remains into the included water-soluble plastic bag, then remove the lid and place into the urn. Carefully moisten the inside lip and replace the lid, and the urn will seal itself.
• Water burial: designed with holes in the bottom of the urn, to float briefly then descend to biodegrade within about 4 hours
• Ground burial: biodegrades within 3 months
