The bookmarks came out beautifully. The team at Urns Northwest were great. They helped me tweak the original logo I sent them, as well as the word sizing and overall layout. I couldn’t have done it myself. The finished bookmarks are such a wonderful keepsake, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to memorialize a loved one. I couldn’t be happier.
I am satisfied with the urn's appearance overall. I am unsatisfied with the workmanship on underside access panel. Very little attention to detail shown regarding installation and finish methods on panel fastening method. Countersunk fasteners used without having countersunk the fastener holes. Not only were holes not countersunk, but not even de-burred. Fasteners installed on panel with splinters under the fastener gives the item a hasty and shoddy appearance. Family members commented on the shoddy appearance as well. Just because something is "out of sight" does not make it OK. it reflects poorly that's simple finish and prep methods were skipped. I will finish it properly myself before I place my loved ones remains in it.
