In general, very pleased with the quality and finish of the cedar urn. However, the one downside is the little thin wood bottom. I think the box should have a more substantial and well fitted bottom panel held on by more than four little wood screws.
My Mom's favorite flowers were white lilies. This urn is perfect to reflect that. Very professionally done.
The company communicated with me very well to ensure that the spelling/engraving is correct.
