For special instructions or need-by dates please use the "order comments" box under the shipping address section during checkout.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you are selecting a faster shipping method than Ground Shipping, please call to ensure that the product can be manufactured in time for delivery. We ship using multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and are not responsible for carrier errors or delays.

For shipments outside of the USA, we are not responsible for any fees, customs, tariffs, etc... charged, nor can we calculate that for you.

Urn sizes may vary slightly from what is shown; if you are looking for an urn to fit into specific dimensions please let us know in the Order Comments box.

MEMORIAL JEWELRY that uses cremated remains: We only use the cremated remains or hair that you provide us with and each keepsake is 100% formed these cremated remains or hair. Any unused cremated remains or hair will be returned to you. A trace amount of cremated remains is lost during production. Each keepsake is completely unique and may vary in appearance. Fabrication time is between 4 and 6 weeks from the time we acknowledge receipt of the hair or cremated remains. Since each piece is custom made and unique, the jewelry cannot be altered after production. Our staff do their best, based on experience and the characteristics of the hair or cremated remains they receive, to create the most beautiful and meaningful memorial jewelry.

Precious metals such as Sterling Silver will tarnish over time. It is your responsibility to periodic clean the jewelry. Urns Northwest will not be responsible for damage resulting from wear and tear of the jewelry.
