I received the URN without the engraving I had ordered. I called and spoke with Shawn, who apologized and told me there had to have been a glitch within the system. He asked if I could go to my order and resubmit all of the engraving details and he would do the engraving on the frame and send it out. I received the frame with all of the engraving details. The URN I ordered is a wooden (cherry)with an oval photo frame. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and with the response of URNS Northwest to make my order complete. I appreciate their prompt attention. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
This urn came exactly as it was described.
The companion urn was just as advetised. A very beautiful walnut urn very well constructed. I received it in just a few days, and it was very well packaged and protected. I don't necessarily look forward to using it anytime soon, but it's nice to know I have it for when the time comes.
