Beautiful Urn and Outstanding Customer Service
From the very beginning, my experience with Urns Northwest was superb. They were extremely helpful and walked me through the entire ordering process, answering their phone each and every time I called and patiently answering my questions.
When I received the Natural Marble Single Compartment Companion Urn, it was every bit as beautiful as I had hoped it would be. I am very pleased with both the quality of the urn and the wonderful service I received.
I would highly recommend Urns Northwest to anyone looking for a beautiful urn and exceptional customer service.
We love the train urn. The company was amazing, and they talked to us on the phone and it eased our minds to know exactly what we were getting. We are going to put the Polar Express train set around the urn at the celebration of life. I love our purchase and the company it came from.
Thank you so much for making such a beautiful product. This is absolutely perfect for my dad who was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. I took it out of the box and it made me tear up with just how perfect and insanely beautiful and well done it is. I appreciate the email that made sure the engraving was correct and how quickly it was shipped to me. Thank you for making something so special. It means the world.
This urn was the perfect resting place for my dad, Joy's husband. We did not want a traditional urn and this beautiful box represented him so well. It was well made and we received it timely to our needs. I called the customer service number to inquire about a question and the gentleman that answered was so nice and helpful to ensure we received exactly what we wanted in the right timeline. Highly recommend this urn for an avid outdoorsman/hunter. Thank you so much.
