I received the URN without the engraving I had ordered. I called and spoke with Shawn, who apologized and told me there had to have been a glitch within the system. He asked if I could go to my order and resubmit all of the engraving details and he would do the engraving on the frame and send it out. I received the frame with all of the engraving details. The URN I ordered is a wooden (cherry)with an oval photo frame. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and with the response of URNS Northwest to make my order complete.
