I had been looking for an urn for my husband who unexpectedly passed away. I couldn’t find anything that really moved me until I found this site. I was able to give them a picture my husband took and autographed as well as add what I wanted it to say on the urn. By them being able to do this, it made it more personable and better representation of my husband in several ways. Their urns were not cold like the urns you see at funeral homes. The customer service was outstanding, respectful, sincere, and quick to respond as well as helpful. I ordered it short notice and paid for the 2 day shipping and got it the day before his memorial service. I was so relieved. Also, the box the urn came in was in perfect condition. I instantly cried when I saw the urn in person. They also email you a proof of what the urn will look like and have you proof read it to verify everything is spelled correctly, correct dates, and to your standard. Another thing was the cost; for what they do, how quick they are able to do it, the quality, the care they put into it, and compared to funeral home urns, I was extremely pleased with the cost. I cannot say enough how pleased I am to have been blessed to have them create my husband’s urn! If I knew how to, I would upload a picture of the urn.
