The Soul Bird Brass Cremation Urn Sculpture in Silver (Male) is available in several sizes and styles. The standard adult urn has an interior capacity of 220 cubic inches and is finished with a protective GlossCoat finish.

Keepsakes are smaller urns that hold a portion of the ashes. The small keepsake version is identical to the standard size but in miniature, holding just 3 cubic inches of ashes and standing all of 3" high.

The urn I ordered was the Soul Bird. When it arrived, I thought it was just too small. I immediately called and inquired about an exchange for a butterfly urn. They were so accommodating. I shipped it back and they shipped the butterfly urn to me. I am very pleased. They provided outstanding customer service and I have recommended them to two other people.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue! We certainly shipped in in plenty of time and by the appropriate shipping method. It looks like, according to the limited information available via the tracking number, it was held up for some time in customs. This could be from a variety of reasons, from COVID to customs not being able to get ahold of you to post office errors to who knows what.

It's still on the way, just watch the tracking info and it should reach you soon!
