I placed an order for a Classic Cultured Marble Urn in Mystic Blue. There are several sizes to choose from. I got the Classic Adult size. There are also many nice colors to choose from. And there are many options for customization. I chose the font and the color for the letters. Many symbols are available. I called with questions, and a team member was very helpful. I received a proof of the order before it was completed, and I got to correct my typo. The urn arrived at my house within a week.

Such a beautiful urn!!! The engraving was PERFECT - they did an outstanding job!!! Also, the customer service was outstanding when I placed my order. I ordered it and received it two days later....very quick shipping, however, living in Massachusetts helped. I believe their distributor is located in Maine. The Urn is a beautiful mahogany. The whales, while flush with the side. seem to stand out, while the sky and ocean are recessed. The engraving is nice and crisp.
Delivery was faster than expected and tracking notified us when it was delivered to the Funeral Home.

I looked at hundreds of urns. I chose the Monarch butterfly embossed urn as that butterfly is special to Mom. My siblings all agreed that it is a wonderful tribute to her. Beyond happy with this purchase. Just gorgeous (like Mom).

It's really really beautiful. My Amy loved picking blackberries ever since she was a child and through adulthood. I think this is something she would have picked for herself. It feels really well made and the blackberries are beautiful. I don't think their own pictures do it justice.

My sisters and I were quite pleased with the companion urn that we purchased for my sister and brother-in-law. The gold/yellow color is beautiful just as pictured and the font carving set with black lettering compliments urn. The two staff members that I spoke to on the phone were friendly, professional, thoughtful and answered every question that I had. Inside of the urn, after ashes were added, there was plenty of room to put small keepsakes. If I am in need of an urn in the future, I would definitely contact Urns Northwest.
