My brother’s finally home ...

I tried to have this place make a custom wooden urn, called and e-mailed many times with no response. So I picked this urn, not what I was really looking for but the funeral service for my brother was coming up so I got this one. I am hoping he would of liked if. When I got the urn, the base of the urn did not line up to the top of the urn making it off center. After repeated e-mails about this urn and how it was not right and them asking me to unscrew the bottom and try to line it up myself. How many times did I try to explain it to them that the holes were off center. And the thought of constantly opening the urn was unbearable, this is Still my brother here!!! Than they said what do you want??? I said I wanted an urn the was square and lined up!!! But with his funeral coming up in days and I was flying down to Texas for his services what was I suppose to do?? This place Did Not full fill what I wanted done for my brother!!! Not only is John’s urn off center, I paid over $400 for a defective product that no one wants to own up to. So place shop around and avoid this place.

It looks better in person than online. The quality is excellent and the customer service was fantastic. I ordered the urn over the phone late in the day on Friday and received it the following Wednesday, that was with free shipping. The representitive was so helpful and nice.
