Our classic train locomotive design is laser carved deep into the surface of this beautiful wood cremation urn. The "Train" Laser Carved Wood Cremation Urn features a classy, old-fashioned train which will serve as a perfect memorial for the train or railroading enthusiast. The cremation urn is crafted in the USA from real wood in your choice of natural cherry (as shown) or white maple. The laser engraving reveals a rich wood grain texture that contrasts nicely with the clear coat finish.

This train cremation urn comes in your choice of light natural cherry wood (as pictured), richly textured mahogany, or premium white maple. Our laser carved wood urns are custom made to order in the USA for your loved one within 1-3 business days and can be personalized with optional laser engraved inscription. Opening & filling the urn

  • Note: If you prefer not to fill the urn on your own, you can generally ask your funeral director to transfer the remains for you
  1. Flip the Train Cremation Urn upside-down
  2. The base is attached with four screws; use a standard Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws
  3. Remove the base panel, noting the orientation so that you can put it back the same way (so that the screw holes line up)
  4. The inside of the wood urn box will be open; this is where the remains will go
  5. Remove the plastic bag of cremated remains from the "temporary" urn you received from the crematorium
  6. Set the entire plastic bag of remains into the memorial urn
  7. Affix the base panel to the urn using the screws you removed
  8. There is no need for sealant; the plastic bag will keep the remains secure
  9. Flip the urn right-side-up and you're done!

Perfect Urn for My Father

We received a well-crafted funeral urn at a decent price. It was made in the USA and was delivered on time. My dad was formerly employed by the Chicago Northwestern Railroad and a laser carved urn was perfect for our family. Thank you so very much. We were wondering though if we could have ordered the railroad name on the urn read "Chicago Northwestern"? We are happy with what we have.

Beautiful

I've been so busy with everything, I forgot to send you a note to thank you for the Urn. It is beautiful and the family really appreciates how quickly you were able to get it to us, even using the freestandard shipping. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Perfect Urn for my Father

The train on the front was beautiful. The personalized inscription we had on top was done nicely also. Only thought I have is what you call a cherry wood, is more like an oak color to me and it was still the perfect color. And service and shipping were very fast. Thank you for making a difficult time easier by your fast and correct service.

Perfect for my Train Loving Dad

This Urn exceeded my expectations. The detail in the etched train design itself and the color of the wood is just beautiful.. My dad being an avid train lover this was absolutely perfect. Well built and very sturdy. The urn sits on my bookshelf and unless you are really looking at it you wouldn't know it is an Urn.
