Sizing*

Small: 30 Cubic Inches, 6.5" L x 4.6" W x 4.3" H
Medium: 70 Cubic Inches, 7.7" L x 5.3" W x 5.2" H
Large: 120 Cubic Inches, 8.8" L x 5.75" W x 6" H

These are intended for smaller pets. For instance, the large size, with 120 cubic inches, can accommodate two pets weighing approximately 60lbs each.

Engraving Details

There are no engraving proof layouts available. What you type is what will be engraved, including uppercase and lowercase letters, unless the font does not have both options.

Front Panel Custom Engraving Details:

Engraving is limited to two Preset corners: lower-left and upper-right.

A corner can have:
Text — Up to 2 lines, Line 1 up to 8 characters, and Line 2 up to 17 characters
We recommend using the Name for line 1, as it can only fit 8 characters, and then dates for the 2nd line. For the dates, the format must follow the pattern: DD/MM/YY (e.g., 01/29/25)

Top Engraving Details:
Centered on the top only, up to 4 lines of 37 Characters per line, lines are vertically stacked.

Access the interior and photo area:

Part 1: Accessing the Urn & Inserting Cremains

1. Remove the Frame: Slide the picture frame to the left until the right side is exposed, and lift it out.

2. Clear the Area: Remove the directions and the plexiglass.

3. Insert Cremains: The hardboard panel secured by four screws is the access point for the cremains. Unscrew and remove the panel, insert the cremains, and then screw the hardboard panel firmly back into place.

Part 2: Inserting the Picture & Securing the Frame

1. Place Components: Lay the picture on the hardboard panel, followed by the clear plexiglass (peel off the blue protective film first).

2. Reinstall Frame: Insert the left edge of the frame under the opening's lip, lay the frame flat, and gently wiggle it until it locks into the internal grooves on both sides.
