Communication issues

I purchased an urn and then received an email from your company a few days later stating delivery would be delayed due to Covid quarantine. Therefore I purchased another urn from another company because a memorial for my mother was already scheduled. Then a few days later it arrived. My mothers remains had already been transferred so I returned yours and it cost me $36 to do so. So all and all I am not pleased. I don’t know why u would send the email that it would not be sent when it was already in route! Never opened the box so can’t comment on the quality
