I contacted URNS Northwest on Wednesday the 28th of May with a request for a wood etching of a painting on one side of an URN and, "Do Not Weep" on the other. The team was incredibly professional. The sent me a test proof of what it would look like, and I approved it on Friday. They wood etched the painting of my father standing in our hunting camp and, "Do Not Weep" and had it delivered to us the following Monday. We had it delivered express. I couldn't have been happier with the way the Urn turned out or experience with Urns Northwest. Thank you for making something so difficult in nature this eay.
Time was of the essence. We were leaving for a different state for the service and needed the urn before we left. They got the engraved urn to me in less then a week. Urn was beautiful.
Such a beautiful urn!!! The engraving was PERFECT - they did an outstanding job!!! Also, the customer service was outstanding when I placed my order. I ordered it and received it two days later....very quick shipping, however, living in Massachusetts helped. I believe their distributor is located in Maine. The urn looked as we had hoped. It was good quality. Beautiful stone. Very happy with the engraving as well. Very easy to order and received as indicated. Easy and gave us one less thing to deal with in a difficult time.
