Our premier Cherry Wood Urn with Sculpture Art Carving is handcrafted in an Oregon woodshop using solid cherry wood with a rich and lush red cherry finish. Laser engraved designs surround the bottom and top edges of the wooden urn box, making this lovely memorial unique and appropriate for display in your home. The Cherry Wood Urn is a standard-sized cremation urn which opens from the bottom with four screws, and optionally is available with a personalized laser engraved inscription of name, dates, and more.

The box is beautiful and unique. The order came quickly we did pay for quicker shipping but had good communication with the seller.

Roductbitself is beautiful but I was absolutely sure we ordered the larger box similar decorations with h8nbe did and had a small tray at top for momorabelia…but yiu insisted we didn’t andnoriduced a sales receipt that was made out for the smaller one. I insisted we never left the site late of then,anger memory box one and that the site itself had changed to the small box. I still can’t use it and it’s engraved so can’t return it. Clerks on site offered to build me one without decorations but would have engraving ordered that I could use, for extra money but at a reduced rate. I can’t bring myself to abandon this already made now useless box for another one nor justify spending more money we don’t have. And his sons helped pay for the larger size but they live in New Zealand so can’t return their funds nor ask for any more. Ge son who filled out the order is a school teacher and a computer whiz so I know we were on the memory bix page the whole time. Then..I have eye trouble so when they sent a receipt by email in small print..I did Nit read every detail…just knew it was (supposed) to be the big memory box we knew we ordered..,large one, on purpose. So the whole operation has been a frustrating deal. And I’m can’t say for sure..if your site has ever juggled and order before but I’m sure it did this time.
Btw, if there’s a shop that was to be used to custom build another box…I don’t see why they couldn’t canabalize the smaller box to get the engraved front detached and attached to the front of a new box…..

As we had discussed, the receipt you received immediately after you completed the purchase matches the urn you received as well as the price that was paid. Also, when you gave us the dimensions of the box you wanted to place in side the keepsake showed that it would not fit in any model that we offer, so it wouldn't have worked if you did order the other model. We would have no issue at replacing something we did incorrectly, but the urn received was the one that was ordered.
The offer we made was taking in the consideration you made a purchase that wasn't going to work and we try to help in situations were a mistake was made on the buyers part.
