This spalted hickory unique urn, with its design called "Emergence," embodies the concept of one vessel emerging from another. A shape developed over many years by the artist; it features a distinct top that adds an elegant touch.

Crafted from solid spalted hickory, striking appearance with depth and character. The lid, made from hard maple and dyed black, includes hand-chased wooden threads for a secure fit. 

The interior is hand-painted black for a polished look, while the exterior is coated with multiple layers of urethane for durability and hand-polished to a smooth sheen.
