Came quickly which was wonderful since we are doing a Celebration of life in September. Absolutely beautiful and wood has a beautiful stain which we got walnut so the golf scene shows up. Unfortunately my husband was golfing when he went into cardiac arrest. So everything will be center around golf.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Urns Northwest. They shipped my mom's urn immediately and sent it directly to the mortuary, exactly as we requested, which made a difficult time a little easier. Before ordering, I was struggling to find the right size. The person I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me choose not only the correct size but also an urn that was unique, beautiful, classy, and timeless. I especially loved the carved prayer hands—they made it feel even more meaningful. The quality and rich color of the wood exceeded my expectations.
The only minor issue I had was that the small pads on the bottom kept coming unglued. My brother tried to reglue them, but they still didn't stay in place, leaving the urn slightly wobbly on one side. It was a small inconvenience and, in the grand scheme of things, didn't take away from how beautiful and well-crafted the urn is.
I highly recommend Urns Northwest. Their compassionate customer service, attention to detail, and beautiful craftsmanship made all the difference during such a difficult time.
Has some dings on the top. QC probably should have caught it.
The urn is very beautiful, looks just like the picture, and arrived very timely.
