My sisters and I were quite pleased with the companion urn that we purchased for my sister and brother-in-law. The gold/yellow color is beautiful just as pictured and the font carving set with black lettering compliments urn. The two staff members that I spoke to on the phone were friendly, professional, thoughtful and answered every question that I had. Inside of the urn, after ashes were added, there was plenty of room to put small keepsakes. If I am in need of an urn in the future, I would definitely contact Urns Northwest.

I ordered this for my father with custom engraving. Excellent communication after the order was placed to verify it appeared as specified. It shipped quickly with care and brought tears to my eyes when I saw it. The online photos don't do the product justice as it's elegant in different lighting.
