Excellent Quality

First time I had to order an urn I ordered one from Amazon. Very disappointed with the quality. So, I researched wooden urns with train and Urns Northwest popped up. I spoke with a young man who was knowledgeable, patient and I needed it quick! He answered all my questions and was able to get what I needed fast! Great Quality for the Price

I was impressed with the overall quality of the engraving, wood & stain! It only took 8 days from the order placement and shipping from Oregon to the east coast to arrive. The urn's only opening is 4 screws underneath - it does not open from the top. Thank you!
