Free Shipping

Due to COVID-19 and the resulting supply chain difficulties, decrease in workforce availability, increase in online demand, and surge in shipping carrier delays, our production and shipping times are slightly longer in many instances. Please contact us if you have shipping and delivery questions.

Most products say something like "Made to order in 2-5 business days, delivery time-in-transit approximately 1-5 additional days." This is still true in many if not most cases, but it can also easily be a 6-7 day production time with 6-10 days for delivery. We're all aware of the surge in online ordering and resulting shipping delays; please use common sense when ordering and know that we are doing our very best.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 shipped to addresses within the continental USA.

Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $5.

Production & delivery time

Most of our cremation urns take 1-5 business days to build, then 2-7 business days to ship depending on the destination. Some urns ship same day, while others (especially custom wood urns and ceramic art urns) take up to 8 weeks to produce. Please check each item's product page for details.

Rush delivery

If you need the urn by a particular date, please feel free to call us at 877-900-5309 to see if our free shipping option will work for you. We'll help you find the most affordable way to get the urn to you within the needed time frame. Some items are stocked, others can be made quickly, and still other urns simply take time to produce.
