The lid for the urn can be sealed by placing a bead of silicon adhesive on the inside rim and pressing the lid into place. The wood cremation urn you receive may differ from the one depicted due to natural variations in wood type, color and grain.
All wood used in these hand-turned urns comes from maple or cherry trees that have fallen naturally.
Each urn is much like a "thumbprint", no two are alike. Natural occurrences in the wood are not removed such as small markings, spalting, small cracks (that would not effect the functionality or longevity of the product). All the natural qualities of wood that are preserved, make your urn unique, special and truly one of a kind. Since these wooden urns are handmade, your order may not be available to ship immediately.
