In any setting, the elegant Japanese Maple stands out as a centerpiece, mysteriously drawing your eyes and interest. When you choose to have your loved one’s remains contribute to the growth and nourishment of this tree, you will be revealing to the world that they were graceful, colorful and beautiful. As the red buds of the delicate, lacy leaves form in springtime, you will be reminded of cherished memories of the most beautiful moments you once shared. Now and for always, others will also be touched as they enjoy this tree’s complexity and beauty, re-gifting the joy your loved one brought to you.
These eco-friendly, biodegradable funerary keepsake urns contain the seeds to your Japanese Maple tree in the lid, along with an unique mixture that aids in the release of beneficial plant nutrients which are found in cremated ashes. By themselves, ashes are harmful to plants’ health and well-being. However, by planting our tree seed memorial urn with your loved one’s cremated ashes, you cultivate a mix that nourishes and sustains your memorial tree. The urn planter comes inside a beautiful keepsake tin, which can be used after planting the tree as a keepsake memorial chest for letters, trinkets, photos, and more.
**Note: These are very small burial urns, intended to hold only a small amount of remains (35 cubic inches). If you would like to plant trees using all of the remains, figure 1 cubic inch per 1 pound of body weight. So a 175 lb individual would require 5 of these biodegradable memorial tree urns (175 lbs / 35 cubic inches = 5 urns).**
